HISTORIC VICTOR CHANDLER NAME RETURNS
Following a period of over four years away the name Victor Chandler will return from Tuesday 4th November 2008.
Victor Chandler has operated his sports betting operation under the “VC Bet” brand since 2004 but now Victor Chandler, Chairman of the Gibraltar based gaming company, has decided the time is right to return to the historic name. He commented “The reasons for the change to VC Bet were all valid, and the brand has proved very successful in its own right. With so many new competitors in the gaming market I thought it was important we highlighted the company history, and the key brand values of trust, honour and integrity. The Victor Chandler name has been synonymous with these values for over 60 years.”
The move will also see the company’s poker, casino and games brands brought back under the single Victor Chandler name.
The change in brand also sees the inclusion of Victor’s image in a new logo, and will see Victor playing a more active role in communications, PR and customer service. “I want to communicate to customers that they are betting with a real person when they place a bet with Victor Chandler, rather than a faceless organisation” commented Victor.
